3. What is the return policy?

We take pride in delivering high-quality wigs at Nuella Wigged You. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.

However, if you receive a product that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. The item must be unused, unaltered, and in its original condition and packaging.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Wigs that have been worn, installed, cut, or styled
  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect selection by the customer

4. How do I care for my wig?
