Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Custom or made-to-order wigs may require additional processing time. Estimated production timelines will be communicated at the time of purchase.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

All orders ship from MontrΓ©al, QuΓ©bec, Canada.

Delivery time estimates begin once your order has been shipped β€” not when the order is placed.

Shipping Within Canada

Estimated delivery time:

  • 2–7 business days

Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping to the United States

Estimated delivery time:

  • 5–10 business days

Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to customs processing. While most shipments clear without issue, occasional delays may occur that are outside of our control.

Nuella Wigged You is not responsible for carrier delays or customs processing times.


Duties, Taxes & Customs

International shipments (including U.S. orders) may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees depending on order value and destination regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Nuella Wigged You is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees imposed by authorities.


Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information via email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the order.

Nuella Wigged You is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, Nuella Wigged You is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered.

If your order arrives damaged, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of:

  • The damaged item
  • The packaging
  • The shipping label

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of the estimated delivery date so we can assist in opening a carrier investigation.


Important Notice for Wig Purchases:

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, wigs and hair products may not be eligible for return once worn, altered, or removed from original packaging. Please review our Return Policy for full details before purchasing.
