ALL SALES POLICY
All custom wigs, glueless units, HD lace wigs, and sale items are final sale.
We do not offer refunds on custom-made units or sale items.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
At Nuellawiggedyou, we take pride in providing high-quality luxury wigs. Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
We only offer exchanges or store credit for eligible returns.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, the following conditions must be met:
• The item must be unworn
• The lace must not be cut
• The hair must not be brushed, styled, washed, or altered in any way
• The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging
• A return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery
Once the item is received and inspected, we will issue:
✔ Store credit (valid for future purchases)
OR
✔ An exchange (customer is responsible for all shipping costs)
Please note:
• Shipping fees are non-refundable
• Payment processing fees are non-refundable
• We are not responsible for improper sizing, incorrect application, or personal preference
We strongly recommend confirming your head size and preferences before placing your order.

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES
Please note:
Original payment processing fees are non-refundable.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
If a refund is approved, the original processing fee (2.8% + $0.30) will be deducted from the refund total.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
At Nuellawiggedyou, all wigs are prepared and processed with care.
Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After 12 hours, cancellations are no longer guaranteed as processing may have already begun.
If a cancellation is approved after processing, the order will be issued as store credit only.
Please note:
• Processing fees are non-refundable.
• Store credit does not expire.
• Store credit can be used on any product on our website.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos and videos. We will review and resolve accordingly.
